The Beginning: Engagement
One of the grand celebrations to follow was simply an amazing engagement.
It was such a beautiful and peaceful place to have an engagement at the resort where Stutika and Snehil put on the rings and gazed into each other’s eyes making promises to be together forever.
The event was closed by toasts which reflected the couple’s love journey and which were delivered by some of the guests present.
Haldi Painted in Sunshine
The Haldi ceremony, although small, was a very vibrant one.
The couple was in the midst of their dear ones and blessings, laughter, and haldi paste were showered upon them.
The warm day was an excellent introduction to the extravagant celebrations that were to take place with marigolds swaying in the wind and laughter echoing all over the venue.
Mehendi: Patterns of Love
The Mehendi event became a celebration of happiness, color, and ancestry.
While beautiful henna patterns were being drawn on Stutika’s hands to represent wealth and new beginnings, the entire atmosphere was vibrant with music and dance.
The elder women performed traditional songs and the younger generation danced to the catchy tunes thus merging the past and present in an elegant manner.
Sangeet: Dance, Music & Togetherness
The Sangeet evening was just enchanting.
Loved ones both near and far participated with great enthusiasm, honoring the mutual affection of the pair through dance and music. Singing with her attire, Stutika, and dancing with his energy, Snehil, made the whole event vibrant.
The party turned into a joyous celebration where happiness was not limited to the couple just with their favorite songs but also with dedications and much more.
Sufi Night: A Soulful Experience
The Sufi Night was indeed one of the highlights of their festivities.
The atmosphere, that was alive with soothing music and soft lighting, was very much – both joyful and spiritual.
The enchanting songs and the rhythmic qawwalis not only had the guests singing along but also had them feeling a sense of calm and peace, thus giving the wedding journey a new dimension beyond just a celebration.
The Wedding: A Grand Union
Finally, the wedding day that was eagerly awaited, arrived.
Sofitel Thalassa & Resort had been transformed into a dreamy sight by the sacred chants, floral décor and the Arabian sea as the witness.
Snehil made his regal entry full of fun, and Stutika looked very light and lovely as she took her bridal merch.
The look of their wedding being a very spiritual one, the pheras were taken and vows were exchanged, which moved every soul present there.
